Time and place are recurring elements in Anne’s practice. Interested in process and transformation as well as language and storytelling, her works are often site-responsive and take their point of departure in materiality and history of specific places. The shaping of her works is context-based and manifests in installations composed of moving images, photographs, text and sculptures. Anne recently graduated from the Art Academy in Tromsø with an MA in Contemporary Art. She received her BA in Fine Art at Valand Academy (Gothenburg, Sweden) and has also undertaken exchange studies at Malmö Art Academy (Sweden).
